Winter Prices for Villa

The prices are in BGN per day for the respective number of guests.

Boarding house: ВВ – bed and breakfast; НВ – bed and breakfast.

Prices include: 9% VAT, tourist tax, free use of outdoor parking, safe at the reception, wireless internet

Children up to the age of 4.99 stay for free.

Children from 5-12.99 years on extra bed stay free of charge.

Children are considered to be persons under 13 years of age.

Each villa has 4 regular beds / 2 bedrooms / and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.

Maximum accommodation – up to 6 people in a villa.

Minimum stay for the New Year period – 3 nights.

Requirements for the number and location of the villa are not guaranteed.

Pets are not allowed.

15% discount for reservations confirmed by 31.10.21 – 30% prepayment by 15.11.21

10% discount for reservations confirmed by 15.11.21 – 30% prepayment by 30.11.21

The discount is valid for 3 and more nights.

The discount is not valid for additional payments for Christmas and New Year envelopes.

Supplements for Christmas envelope: for reserved BB – BGN 80 for an adult and BGN 40 for a child from 5 to 17.99 years; for those who have booked HB – BGN 70 for an adult and BGN 35 for a child aged 5 – 17.99.

Supplements for New Year’s envelope: for the reserved explosives – BGN 130 for an adult and BGN 65 for a child from 5 to 17.99 years; for those who have booked HB – BGN 120 for an adult and BGN 60 for a child aged 5 – 17.99.

A child up to 4.99 years old does not pay for a holiday cover.
