Legend has it that after failing to save his beloved Eurydice, Orpheus began to spend more and more time on these rocks. Inspired by the majestic views, he played his magical music on his harp. The enchanting sounds of the harp attracted many young girls who fell in love with the music of Orpheus. From Orpheus Rocks reveals a beautiful view of the picturesque Smolyan lakes among centuries-old pine forests. In the past, the Smolyan lakes were 20 in number, and today only 7 of them remain.
